Mission to increase the brand awareness of ERA Europe
Introducing Keith Mangum, CEO of Global Focus, who has been recruited to raise the brand awareness of ERA Europe and to cement ERA Europe as the voice of European home shopping.
When did you start working with ERA Europe and what is your first impression?
It was actually coincidental that the contact with ERA Europe and Julian Oberndörfer was a result of meeting with ERA (USA) who introduced myself to Julian. I began working with ERA officially in July 2015, but met with Julian several times prior to the official start date to strategically plan the services that ERA Europe required. In addition I attended the Event in Barcelona to acquaint myself with the ERA Europe annual event. My first impression was that ERA is very organized and that Julian understands what needs to be done in order to develop the association further. That is why we have been contracted to raise brand awareness and to provide strategic communications.
